Vimetco Group has prepared the following consolidated report on payments to Governments for 2016 for mining activities that provides an overview of the payments to governments made by Vimetco and its subsidiary undertakings for the financial year ended on 31 December 2016 as required by the national legislation which is in line with Directive 2013/34/EU (the EU Accounting Directive (2013)) amended by Directive 2014/95/EU which is applicable to large companies like Vimetco that are involved in the exploration, prospection, discovery, development and extraction of natural resources (i.e. bauxite, coal etc.).
